Adam & Hope Smith serve as the Team Leaders for the Athletes in Action ministry at UNC. They are passionate about introducing athletes to a relationship with Christ, building into them during their time in college, and sending them out into whatever mission field God has for them in life. Please pray for their daily dependence on the Spirit, and for wisdom and discernment as they lead their team and strive to partner well with FCA, that this relationship would be a display of gospel unity and humility. Please also pray for athletes to truly recognize their need for Jesus and for their hearts to be open to his life-giving Spirit.

Description of Work & Ministry
Adam and Hope Smith are on staff with Athletes in Action on UNC’s campus. The Smiths strive to help staff and student-athletes continue to grow in their relationship with God and with others, developing leaders that are passionate about knowing Christ and making Him known through discipleship, Bible studies, staff development, and lots of training and equipping!
Prayer Points
- Pray for Adam & Hope’s siblings who are not walking with the Lord – for those siblings to recognize God’s gracious pursuit and to feel their deep need for Him.
- Pray for their joint team to continue growing in unity and in valuing what each individual brings to the table.
- Pray for all the student-athletes who are leading a Bible study and/or discipling a fellow athlete – that God would bless their desire to multiply their faith and that the Spirit would grow them in the process.
